Who is Anna?/An Iowan in SOHO?/Why him?
I have been blogging for over a decade now, and I still get the most questions about various aspects of my life and personality. I don’t like having a permanent profile up there for stalkers to glom onto. What I do instead is try to update by audience, old and new, about the essentials of my identity at regular intervals. That way I won’t forget who I am either. But who is that? I really am from Iowa, and I really do live in SoHo, New York City. Is that strange, an oxymoron, a fatal contradiction of sorts? Not at all. Let me explain what I like to call The Big Ten-Big Apple superposition to you. Sorry about that word. I am an attorney, something I can’t help at this juncture, so I don’t shy away from long words when they seem like the right ones. Superposition. It’s a word for being two things at one time, in two states at one time. That’s a pun, a funny one I hope.
